Simon was exposed to the competitive sports arena and performance since he was 10, so it's no surprise he loves working in group fitness! After studying accounting and finance in university, Simon entered the corporate world, but he knew his real calling was as a group exercise instructor and personal trainer, going full time in 2012. He first discovered yoga for the physical benefits and to become more ‘flexi’. In 2015, Simon started to deepen his practice and understand the deeper effects of practicing and living yoga. Raised as a Buddhist, Simon connected with the philosophical teachings of yoga. He completed his 200HR teacher training with Power Living in 2016 and today has completed over 350HR of training in Advanced Vinyasa with Duncan Peak and Yin training with Mel McLaughlin. Simon is also an Elite Les Mills group fitness instructor.

Simon says he is the most random, positive and not-average person ever! One of the first male Barre teachers in the country, Simon infuses his humour and anatomical precision from Pilates into all of his classes, which are challenging, sweaty, and a whole heap of FUN!

"I've lived through higher ups and lower downs than most 27 year olds, and I hope to empower other individuals by sharing my most intimate self, combined with coaching science to unlock breakthroughs and transformations!"
