Ballet 101

Has your childhood fantasy of becoming a ballerina morphed into a full-grown obsession? But don't know your jete’s from your tendus? Have you tried to do a split casually and ended up falling over or pulling a muscle? Don’t worry - this incredible feat of flexibility is within the grasp of almost anyone who's patient enough.  

Join us on our 8 week fun and challenging introductory course will teach you the ballet basics (arms & feet positions) and beyond. Classes will focus on technique in a safe and fun environment. Each week will build on the previous week to teach you the basics of classical ballet, while combining strength, conditioning, form, flexibility, co-ordination and rhythm.

As well as improving fitness and getting those long, lean muscles you desire, this workshop will focus on the stretches you need to get you into the splits… OK or maybe a little closer! Whether you are flexible or you can’t even touch your toes (YET) this workshop is suitable for all levels of fitness & flexibility. 

Leaps included, but grace not essential! You’ll ‘split’ your sides laughing!

Class size is strictly limited to 16 to allow individual attention, corrections and adjustments. Book in early to secure your spot.
