Whether you pound the pavement, cycle hard or get those laps in over the summer, you probably notice your muscles get tighter and niggling injuries hinder your performance.
Stretching to counteract cardio is important for recovery post-exercise, but also to improve your endurance!
Of course, you don’t need to be a runner to join in our Express Stretch classes - they
complement other forms of exercise (like Barre) too! We’ll focus on releasing your achilles, calves, hamstrings, quads, hips, ribs and shoulders; something everyone can benefit from, and share some tips for roller releasing at home.

Join our 8 week Express Stretch program starting the first week of October! These ½ hour
classes are scheduled at convenient times. To attend twice a week, please purchase two Express Stretch Program packages.
7.30am - 8am in the City Studio
6.30am - 7am in the City Studio
4pm - 4.30pm in our Rose Bay studio
$96 for 8 classes (just $12 per session!)
