Come start the weekend with us with some warming, mindful, and challenging yoga class, including a beautiful meditation at the end. Mindfulness may not come easy, but just as we train our muscles @theBarre, we create mindfulness through consistent practice in our everyday lives.
Here’s a snapshot of what you’re in for:
• Arrive for class where we’ll warm our bodies with a nourishing 45min yoga practice by either our very own Thana or Simon. Designed to create heat through breath and movement.
• A guided meditation in our cosy candlelit studio will slow down our thinking and quiet our inner thoughts to give us the capacity to bring more positivity into our lives.
Before we say namaste, we’ll provide you with a beautiful warming tea to brace yourself against the cooler temperatures.
Our fab friends from Activate Health Clinics will join us at the city studio to assess your body's needs, and PhysioFIX will be there for Rose Bay studio. This is a complimentary 5-10 min screening.
$189 for 8 classes + screening
$25 casual rate, but spaces are limited, so we recommend paying for the program in full to
ensure your spot! Casual guests cannot access screening.
