Memberships and Contracts
@theBarre accepts Visa, MasterCard and direct debit payments for customers to pay for unlimited classes by means of equal weekly instalments over the course of the applicable term.
Suspending your Monthly Memberships
Memberships are offered at great rates to allow for daily workouts at cost affective class prices, we therefore do not offer a hold on memberships due to Covid, flu or any acute illnesses. We do not hold membership for single close of business days such as Easter, Christmas, Boxing Day or New Years NB* You will need to let us know 2 weeks prior to going away to place memberships on hold. Going on a fab filled holiday? We hold memberships for 7 days minimum. If a 10 day hold is needed it will then equate to either a 7 or 14 day hold. Weekly unlimited memberships and Two classes per week memberships and 6 months upfront membership may all place a hold thereafter @ $20 weekly fee is applied which includes access to our online library.
Injury or serious illness are excluded from having to pay fees, but will need to have a doctor’s certificate to support an extended suspension.
NB* Hold fees allow members to remain on their existing contract, locking in their continuing membership rate. Cancellation of Membership may lose existing rates and re-joining may cost a higher annual rate. Members must join on a 12-week no hold minimum fully paid to receive the lowest price set by the studio. This membership may not be transferred or shared.
Please let us know 30 days in advance of any change to credit card or bank details so we may adjust you contract
Gold Unlimited Membership:

Client is automatically enrolled in the Monthly @theBarre Membership at a charge of $68 p/w or a bi weekly charge of $130 inclusive of charges. Clients are contracted in for 3 months.
Available for purchase online. This membership contract automatically renews until you cancel. Cancel any time by emailing us at atthebarrestudio@gmail..com to stop future payments. These contracts cannot be combined with any other offer and are not transferable.
Clients agree to terms online by authorizing @theBarre Studios PTY LTD to charge $68 p/w inclusive. This will entitle clients to participate in unlimited classes monthly. Payments may be made by credit/debit authorization with the required account number to be kept on file. The credit card data is private and protected by Ezidebit and may be charged up to seven (7) days before or after the automatic billing date. This authorization will remain in full force and effect until cancelled by Client.
Termination Policy: Client must notify the Studio 14 days in advance of the next billing cycle to terminate this agreement by emailing info@thebarrestudio.com.au If the Studio receives Client’s notice of cancellation before Client’s credit card has been charged for that week, cancellation will be effective immediately on the Studio’s receipt of client’s notice of cancellation. If the Studio receives client’s notice of cancellation after client’s credit card has been charged for that week, cancellation will be effective as of the last day of the week in which the credit card was charged. Client will be allowed to continue to participate in classes until the cancellation is effective.
Please note that memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable and may be subject to annual price rises due to inflation

NB* Individuals who acquire this membership special rate are locked into a year minimum contract from date of purchase. This price will be locked in for the lifetime of the contract. Clients will need to pay the remainder of the contract on early termination Regular weekly membership T&Cs apply, except for the minimum contract period.

Client is automatically enrolled in the 26 week/6 month upfront @theBarre Membership at a charge of $1560 inclusive of charges
Available for purchase online. This membership contract does not automatically renews. These contracts cannot be combined with any other offer and are not transferable.
Clients agree to terms online by authorizing @theBarre Studios PTY LTD to charge $1560. This will entitle clients to participate in unlimited classes for 26 weeks (6 months). Payments may be made by credit/debit authorization with the required account number to be kept on file. The credit card data is private and protected by Ezidebit and may be charged up to seven (7) days before or after the automatic billing date. This authorization will remain in full force and effect until cancelled by Client.
Termination Policy: Client is signed on for the 6 months upfront membership. .

Silver Membership - Weekly Two Class Pass

Client is automatically enrolled in the Monthly @theBarre Membership at a charge of $50 p/w Inclusive of charges. Client may cancel at any time after the first 16 weeks.
Available for purchase online. This membership contract automatically renews until you cancel. Cancel any time by emailing us at atthebarrestudio@gmail.com to stop future payments. Cannot be combined with any other offer and not transferable.
Clients agree to terms online by authorizing $50 each p/w and will entitle clients to participate in any two classes of your choice per week. Unused passes do not roll over they are forfeited. Payments may be made by credit/debit authorization with the required account number to be kept on file. The credit card data is private and protected by Ezidebit and may be charged up to seven (7) days before or after the automatic billing date. This authorization will remain in full force and effect until cancelled by Client.
Termination Policy: Client must notify the Studio 14 days in advance of the next billing cycle to terminate this agreement by emailing atthebarrestudio@gmail.com If the Studio receives Client’s notice of cancellation before Client’s credit card has been charged for that week, cancellation will be effective immediately on the Studio’s receipt of client’s notice of cancellation.
